Document Translation
New Editor Available
The new document translation editor is now available.
This will translate entire documents to the best of its abilities, convert them to a variety of formats, and subsequently email the results to you. The queue is processed at 5 minute intervals, but if the queue is full it may take up to an hour for your document to be translated. As of March 27th, 2009, you can use domain specificity (so far medical or university) and upload individual user dictionaries.
This tool is in a public test phase in order to gather data. Documents may be only partially translated, mistranslated, and heavily formatted documents may fail entirely. At this time, please do not judge the system as a whole based on the output of this tool.
Input documents can be in any of the ODT, DOC, DOCX, SXW, RTF, WPD, HTM, HTML, PDF, ODP, PPT, PPTX, or TXT formats. Each document may be at max 32 MiB.
